Funicular rotation system, consists of 1 powered, 1 stray, in total 2 rotators. Used to carry and rotate long and heavy one piece material.

There are 2 units in material rotation:
1. Root
2. Tip

Applications

Initially designed for wind turbine producers to rotate blades in manufacture line and was put on production on 2014.

GMP BTM 00, can be modified to rotate materials with different form and weight from different t sectors.

Can be used to carry and rotate your loads ranging in different forms from1000 kg to 50000 with high safety and precision.

Operation Process And Safety

Rotation is performed by the Root and tip unit operators via communication with Bluetooth radio. This way minimizing the risk to occupational safety is aimed.
