Transport Operations Increase Efficiency

GMP BTT 00 Blade Transport Trucks were design and put on production by GEMPOL Makine on 2020 to provide maximum efficiency and safe transport in blade transport operations to wind turbine blade producers.

Transport operations are carried out by positioning the Root and Tip of the blade on two different vehicles.

1st Vehicle; Root/Master Truck
2nd Vehicle; Tip/Sleeve Truck

Easy and Safe Use

Vehicles provide transport with saddle and transport apparatus for the blades when necessary, these apparatus are easy removable, configured, universal mechanisms.

Specially Designed Saddle

Saddle is designed specifically for the form of the blade and produced by. Place the blade will be positioned is covered with protective material.

Wheels

Special tires and rims that provides long service life with its impact resistance, with high traction design, that maximizes performance and traction with strong nylon structure and durable bead structure were used.

Configurable Locking Mechanism
